Hi, I’m Meagan Reitz (pronounced “Rights”), a licensed cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience, most of them here in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in cutting, coloring, and creating personalized hair solutions that empower women to feel confident and beautiful.
At Ella Rose Hair Boutique, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their hair goals in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether it’s through hair extensions, crown extensions, or other non-surgical hair loss solutions, I’m dedicated to delivering services that restore confidence and elevate beauty.
Specialties: I specialize in blonding, extensions, and custom crown extensions (toppers), while actively working toward mastery in advanced hair loss solutions, including mesh integration for women.
Education: I’ve trained extensively in hair extension methods, including Grace Hand-Tied, IBE, NBR, and SKW, as well as advanced programs with Hair Visions, Confidence with Crowns, and global experts in crown extensions and mesh integration techniques.
I opened Ella Rose with two primary goals:
- 1. To create a beautiful, welcoming space where guests can collaborate with their stylists to achieve a hair color and style that reflects their best selves.
- 2. To provide a supportive and nurturing environment for hairstylists.
Being a hairstylist is more than just creating beautiful hair—it’s about balancing artistry, science, communication, and the pressures of daily life. I know firsthand how challenging this industry can be, and I’m committed to supporting my team with love, grace, and honesty.

Hobbies & Passions
I am a wife and mother of two amazing girls.
In the last few years, I have been studying the art of Flamenco at our local conservatory in Albuquerque and am truly enjoying the challenge of being a student again.
