How do I book an appointment?
The best way for new clients to book an appointment is by filling out our online booking form.
This ensures we have all the necessary information to understand your unique needs and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
If you’re a current client, feel free to contact us directly at 505-379-1829. Some stylists may also offer personal contact options for scheduling.
What should I do if I'm running late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please call or text us at 505-379-1829 to let us know.
- If you’re more than 5 minutes late, giving us a heads-up helps us plan accordingly.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to keep things running smoothly for other guests.
Communication is key, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible!
Do you accept walk-ins, or is it appointment-only?
We are an appointment-only salon. This allows us to match you with the right stylist and ensure you get the best possible experience.
Booking in advance helps us prepare for your visit and give you the time and attention you deserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To respect the time of both our guests and staff, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service will apply. This fee must be paid before rebooking your next service and does not go toward future appointments.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours—thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth experience for all!
Do you offer consultations, and are they free?
Yes, we currently offer free consultations to help assess your hair goals and recommend the best services for you. Please respect our stylists’ time by canceling or rescheduling in advance if your plans change.
Note: If you miss a consultation without notice, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients.
What products do you use and recommend?

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase in-salon only.
They’re a perfect way to treat yourself or a loved one to a luxurious hair experience.
Can I bring children to my appointment?
While we love families, we kindly ask that children only visit if they are receiving a service. This policy ensures a calm, relaxing environment for all our clients.
Do you offer special event styling or formal updos?
Currently, we do not offer formal event styling or updos. However, we do offer special blowout styles, including beach waves and curls.
