Meet Meagan Reitz

Twenty-seven years of hair artistry led here.

Meagan Reitz has spent her career paying attention to the details that make hair feel like someone’s own: color, texture, density, movement, and the way it fits into daily life. A licensed hairstylist for 27 years, she founded Ella Rose Hair Boutique in 2018 to bring thoughtful service and exceptional hair work together.

As more women came to her with thinning hair, alopecia, and scalp concerns, Meagan saw needs that traditional salon services could not always meet. She pursued specialized education in hair loss, scalp health, and advanced hair replacement, eventually choosing CRLAB’s CNC system as her primary replacement-hair specialty. Her training has taken her to Florida, Chicago, and Italy, and she continues to study with the International Association of Trichologists.

A private space for a personal experience

Meagan created Crown & Scalp Studio so conversations about hair loss could happen in a quieter, more personal setting. Located next to Ella Rose Hair Boutique, the studio brings together scalp and hair health guidance, custom CNC design, and ongoing care.

Her approach begins with listening and assessment. Some clients are looking for a better understanding of their existing hair and scalp. Others are ready to explore replacement hair. Meagan’s goal is to help each woman understand her options and make a decision that works for her life.
